Can we say slacker!!!

Wow..I guess it has been decided that I am a horrible blogger!  A really really horrible blogger.  It has been way to long sense I have been on here.  So I thought I would at least right something quick and tell you all I'm sorry and just say I agree with you "slacker" thought process on this blog.  I PROMISE that I will post something substantial soon..something with photos, because this is first off my photography blog LOL

To celebrate or not? {Personal}

In the wake of past events where Osama Bin Laden was killed by the US Navy Seals there were a lot of posts on FB celebrating his death and others scolding those who did celebrate.  I only have a few things to say. 

The human race is one body with many voices.  Until we stop this self-mutilation on our body we will never heal as a whole and be happy as a whole.  Celebrating the death of one of us is wrong.  Instead celebrate all those who lost their lives...and I mean everyone..not just the American Soldiers and American civilians.

Shower of Light {Personal}

Spring has finally decided to show its lovely face..kinda.  We had quite a lovely day yesterday.  It started off a little chilly but warmed up enough for Taylor to go outside and play soccer...she did this all by herself (one reason why I love warm weather, my children go outside and play all by themselves!)

I just love all the light that was caught in this quick snapshot! 

Well Spring THANK YOU for showing up!  I can't wait for all the beautiful flowers that will bloom and getting my bare toes in the soft grass (as long as we get the grass in summer condition, this winter was tough on our yard!) I hope you stick around for a bit and don't let winter come back...he has worn out his welcome as of now...but will be welcomed back after a much needed break!

Mind body and soul {Personal}

WOW!  Really is spring ever really going to show up.  The snow yesterday really got me down.  Normally I just go with Mother Natures flow but really..its the end of April.  We are suppose to be having beautiful, wonderful, awesome and powerful Thunderstorms!  But yesterday also had a wonderful vibe for me.  Ganesh decided to make his presence known to me.  For those who don't know who I am talking about let me give you a little Hindu religious insight.  Hindus believe in ONE God.  Yes one..but that he takes many forms, one of these forms is Ganesh.  Here is a photo.

He is know as the God of success and or remover of obstacles.  I was pretty excited.  Why do you ask.  Well I have been working hard on this new business and changing my view on life.  Positive Positive Positive.  I am trying on putting out only (and yes its pretty impossible) positive thoughts and trying not to be so hard on myself (self love anyone LOL).  Because really how do we love others when we can't love ourselves?  So I try and find a new Positive Affirmation everyday post it on my Facebook (personal) and live my day to that..and continue living each day after that to it while adding a new one.  My favorite one I have had is this.... "I am happy to see other people enjoying prosperity.  It is a mirror of my own rich abundance." - Louise L. Hay.  Learning to be happy for others happiness makes me happy!  Really who know.  Jealousy only poisons our souls.  So put out those positive thoughts...and they will come back to you ten fold!
